Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Because our soaps and bath products are handmade in small batches, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Some items, particularly newer releases or made-to-order formulas, may require additional time due to our cure process.
Shipping Rates
We ship flat rate within the United States:
- Standard: $8.00, free on orders of $65 or more
- Express: $15.00
The rate is the same regardless of order size or destination within the US.
Shipping Time
Processing and delivery are separate. Once your order ships, Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and Express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days.
Counting processing, a Standard order typically arrives 5 to 10 business days after it is placed, and an Express order 3 to 7 business days. Express speeds up carrier delivery only; it does not shorten our 2 to 5 business day processing time.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume, especially during holidays or new collection launches. We appreciate your patience.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at contact@shopsatinandsage.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
International Orders (outside of the US)
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
