Description

The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a minimalist creamy white cold process soap with a silky, velvety lather.

Scented with Zen. Sweet orange, tangerine zest, and cucumber water open bright and fresh. Hoya leaves, wild ivy, and aloe move through the heart, cool and botanical. Violet stems, sandalwood, and crushed sage settle at the base, warm and grounding.

Well suited for dry, normal, or sensitive skin.

Cold process method. Hand-poured in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ingredients: Sodium Olivate (saponified olive oil), Sodium Cocoate (saponified coconut oil), Sodium Castorate (saponified castor oil), Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Milk Powder (coconut milk powder), Kaolin (white clay), Bentonite (mineral clay), Titanium Dioxide (mineral colorant), Fragrance
Care Instructions

How to Use

Lather in hand or with a washcloth using warm water. Rinse thoroughly.

Storage & Longevity

To get the most life out of your bar:

  • Use a draining soap dish. A dish that lets water run off between uses is the single biggest factor in how long your bar lasts. Standing water is what causes a bar to soften and dissolve quickly.
  • Let it dry fully between uses. Good air circulation matters, so avoid tucking your bar into an enclosed, humid shower caddy if possible.
  • Store unused bars in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity, until you're ready to use them.

A Few Notes

  • Patch test recommended, especially for sensitive or reactive skin.
  • For external use only.
  • Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs.
  • Natural color and scent variations may occur between batches. This is normal in handmade, small-batch soap and not a sign of anything wrong.

Shelf Life

Best used within 12–18 months of purchase for optimal quality.
